CLASS DESCRIPTION
Open Training - Monday
Here you will learn the very basics of Muay Thai, that will leave you in good
stead for the rest of your Muay Thai career. Come and experience the most
talked about Martial Art this decade. Feel the adrenaline rush through your body
as you burn off thousands of calories, whilst learning the most effective self
defence techniques.
Open Training - Wednesday
This class is the stepping stone to becoming a more technical student. Here the
tempo is a little higher, and the effort required is just that bit extra. With the addition of light sparring, circuit pad and bag training being key elements of this session, we guarantee
your fitness will progress at a rapid rate.
Open Training - Tuesday & Thursday Evening
If you believe you are of above average fitness, or have a good base knowledge
of Muay Thai, then you are more than welcome to come join in this challenging class, as we push you to your limit. With a full on pad work out starting the session off, and sparring or bag work outs to finish, we quarantee a massive increase in your fitness, power, stamina and strength.
Open Training - Saturday
Saturday is a full on Thai style training session, starting with a run at 10.30am (if your up for it). Then it's skipping, shadow boxing, five rounds of sparring, five rounds of pad training, drill work on the kick bags, ten minutes of continuous stand up clinch techniques and then calisthenics to finish.
Lunch Box - Tuesday & Thursday Lunch Time
Want to push your training to its limits, then these sessions are essential. They are tailored to give you the focused extra pad work outs that you need, to develop to your best. These sessions are open to all levels and standards, from complete beginner to advanced fighter.
Open Use - Monday to Thursday & Saturday
These sessions are open to all of you looking to workout during the day, in your lunch time or simply on your day off. Every one is welcome to come and work up a sweat with a friend or on your own. During these sessions you will also be able to train one on one with Kru Ryan, for the ultimate padwork challenge (add. fee's apply).
